By submitting this form to apply to the Aspire Appalachian program, I declare my intent to transfer to Appalachian State University after completion of my degree from the community college and participation in Aspire. I understand I need to meet and maintain the posted requirements in order to receive the benefits of the program. As a part of the program, I also consent to the sharing of information regarding my grades, GPA, progress toward graduation, and matriculation between the community college and App State.
